Typical Appointment:
A typical counseling session lasts 45-50 minutes. For couples or families the fee is the same regardless of how many attend the session. For services other than a regular counseling session the fees may be different. The regular rate for a counseling session is $135. Mastercard/Visa, checks and cash are accepted.

Insurance:
Because of problems with the insurance and managed care industry, I am no longer an in-network provider for any insurance companies but the local SIHO and Sagamore companies. We do bill all insurance companies as an out-of-network provider as a convenience, but full payment is expected at time of service. We are assertive about getting you as much reimbursement as possible, but encourage you to ask your insurance company about their policies and reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers.

SIHO and Sagamore:
SIHO and Sagamore have many different plans and rates, so you can call them to find out about in-network rates or we can do it for you.

Custody Evaluations, Parent Coordination, and Court Evaluations:
The fee for Custody Evaluations and other Court related work is $165 per hour. Parent Coordination is $175 per hour. Fees for psychological tests vary depending on the specific test. Please call for details if needed.
